Owned by Sujeeth Kumar an Indian trained chef who worked at the Sheraton Hotel Bombay prior to moving to Australia via Auckland New Zealand where the first Chutney Mary was born.
His first restaurant in Australia opened in Toowoomba in 2002 and was an instant success. Chutney Mary Curry and Tandoori Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and offers the full Indian experience including Currys & Tandoori
