Verve is a stylish restaurant serving excellent food. The decor is modern with a slight Asian influence and patrons often comment on the warm ambience. The service is professional, yet friendly. Being frequented mainly by locals the staff and owner Shelly get to know their clientele’s wants and needs, most are on a first name basis.
Often people see others friends and neighbours at the restaurant which makes for a welcoming atmosphere. The food being created by Head Chef Jay Jorgensen and Sous Chef Jasper Kan has been embraced by our customers and they keep coming back for more.
His style is based on classic european principles but with asian influences. He changes the menu seasonally and adds specials most nights so there is always something exciting to try. Bookings are strongly recommended as we only seat 40.
