  • Chef: Luc Jean – Sous Chef Luc Jean has a wealth of culinary knowledge gained from over 10 years working in some of the world’s most exclusive restaurants. Having completed his apprenticeship in Winnipeg, Canada, Luc’s first official foray into a kitchen was at the Manitoba Club, where he perfected his skills working under renowned chef, Bernard Mirlycourtois.
