  • Chef: Ty Ambrosetti – After 22 years working in some of the world’s finest restaurants, it’s no wonder Sous Chef Ty Ambrosetti has gotten up to a lot in her career. Having completed her apprenticeship in Italy, Ty’s first official foray into a kitchen was at the Le Maxim Restaurant in Rome where she perfected her culinary skills. Bitten by the travel bug, she broadened her skills whilst travelling throughout Europe and many of those international experiences still inspire her creativity today.
    Andiamo’s Sous Chef for ten years now, Ty is widely renowned as one of the Gold Coast’s leading chefs and her passion for food and her restaurant has never waned.
