- Chef: Ty Ambrosetti – After 22 years working in some of the world’s finest restaurants, it’s no wonder Sous Chef Ty Ambrosetti has gotten up to a lot in her career. Having completed her apprenticeship in Italy, Ty’s first official foray into a kitchen was at the Le Maxim Restaurant in Rome where she perfected her culinary skills.
